Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) is the main international airport in Colombo.

Direct flights connect Colombo with many cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Dubai, Hong Kong, London, Frankfurt, Brussels, and Madrid, making it easy to travel from wherever you are.

For guests connecting from other parts of Europe, the Middle East, or Asia, Emirates, Qatar Airways, SriLankan Airlines, and Singapore Airlines all offer convenient routes.
Transfers & Local Transport
Our wedding planners have arranged airport transfers for all guests. Once you book your flight, please share your flight details with the planning team so that they can coordinate your pick-up. You will be greeted at the airport and taken directly to ITC Ratnadipa, so you can relax the moment you land.
Visa Information
All guests arriving in Sri Lanka for a short visit—regardless of nationality—must obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) or tourist visa in advance or on arrival. Sri Lanka doesn't offer true visa-free access.

Indian passport​
Holders are eligible for a gratis (free) visa upon arrival for tourist purposes (valid up to 30 days), but they still must obtain an ETA—either online before travel or, in some cases, on arrival.

Other countries
Guests from all other countries (UK, Germany, Belgium, Spain, UAE, Hong Kong) must apply for an ETA online before arriving. No visa-free or on-arrival option applies to these countries.

The local currency is Sri Lankan Rupee (LKR), but credit cards are widely accepted.

Weather in November: Expect warm tropical weather, around 27–30°C (80–86°F). Light, breathable clothing is best when not in traditional attire.
